Bookings can be made by contacting muzu cleaning services, by direct call, whatsapp, email, and website enquiry or any other booking method provided by Muzu Cleaning Services.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and the expected work involved.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept online payments payments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact Muzu Cleaning Services as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the complaint and arrange an inspection or reasonable remedy.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This may include severe weather, traffic disruption, equipment failure, illness, emergencies, utility problems or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will contact you and arrange an alternative appointment.
